UTA’s Master of Science degree in Data Science helps meet the growing need for application-oriented engineers who can use data science tools and techniques to solve complex problems in industries such as manufacturing, logistics, healthcare and energy. This degree has both an on-campus and an online option.

The Bachelor of Science in Computer Science to Master of Science in Data Science Fast Track enables outstanding senior undergraduate Computer Science students to receive dual undergraduate/graduate course credit for six or nine hours of coursework. These designated graduate courses satisfy both bachelor's and master's degree requirements. This program presentation includes both undergraduate and graduate requirements. The undergraduate degree will be conferred immediately upon completion of the undergraduate degree requirements.
