Focuses on understanding the relationship between motivation and the management of human resources; articulate the basics of team management and group facilitation; identify proper procedures for recruiting, assignment, and inducting personnel; and recognize the legal requirement for suspension, transfer, reduction in force and dismissal of professional personnel.
