Detailed mechanisms of prokaryotic and eukaryotic DNA replication and transcription; mRNA processing; Gene regulation, epigenetics and non-coding RNA. Fundamental theory of each topic will be covered with emphasis on current research literature and clinical correlations. Prerequisite: Passing grade in ACS-test in Biochemistry.
