ARCH 5374. HISTORY AND THEORY OF ARCHITECTURE AND THE CITY IV: CRITICAL PERSPECTIVES. 3 Hours.

This graduate course explores critical approaches to the study and interpretation architectural and urban proposals, from the early 2000s to the present. Through in-depth analysis of selected theories, case studies, and critical practice proposals, students engage with emerging ideas that shape contemporary architectural discourse. Emphasis is placed on interdisciplinary perspectives drawn from literature, art, philosophy, film, and other critical media. Prerequisite: ARCH 5373.
