About This Program
The Bachelor of Science in Biology with Life Science Teacher Certification prepares students to earn a secondary teacher certification in biology. Interested students should meet with the UTeach advisor.
Competencies
- Upon completion, students will gain a broad background in science covering a wide range of fields.
- Upon completion, students will complete prerequisites for professional school while also preparing to teach secondary life science.
- Upon completion, students will gain certification to teach science at the secondary level in Texas.
