This seminar provides Goolsby Fellows with development feedback based on the psychological self-assessment instruments. The aim is to build on personal strengths and enhance self-awareness. Prerequisite: Admission to the Goolsby Leadership Academy or permission of the Goolsby Leadership Academy Director. Offered as HONR-BU 4110 and LSHP 4110.
