Minor in Chemistry

About This Program

The Minor in Chemistry requires 18 hours of chemistry, of which at least 6 must be at the 3000/4000 level. Only lecture courses that satisfy a degree requirement for one of the degrees offered by the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry may be used. Research courses, Chemistry Readings, and Internship credits may not be used towards the Chemistry Minor. 

Competencies

  1. Upon completion of the program, students will be able to identify, formulate, and solve chemistry problems.

Select 12 hours in chemistry courses that satisfy degree requirements for one of the degrees offered by the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry12
