About This Program

The Certificate in Interdisciplinary Leadership is available to degree students enrolled at UTA.

Competencies

  1. Upon completion, students will demonstrate a basic understanding of leading in different communities and contexts. 
  2. Upon completion, students will demonstrate a basic understanding of leading in different communities and contexts.  
  3. Upon completion, students will recognize leadership skills and strategies within various historical, organizational, political, or societal contexts and perspectives.  
  4. Upon completion, students will develop an ongoing commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion advocacy work, interventions, or both within their leadership approaches.
