Mission Statement
The Office of International Education furthers an international focus for the university and supports the development of activities, programs, exchanges and events that create deeper international and global awareness among faculty, staff, students, and the surrounding community.
International Student and Scholar Services (ISSS)
International Student Services
Advising for international students is available Monday through Friday. In addition, ISSS processes a variety of requests to help students remain in compliance with university policies and government (Department of Homeland Security, Department of State) regulations. ISSS also offers various workshops and seminars throughout the year for international students who want to learn more about topics such as off-campus employment. J-1 Scholar Services

Programs and Events

Study Abroad
To help students attain the education demanded by today’s increasingly interdependent world, UT Arlington offers the opportunity to study overseas while earning credit toward a degree. Some programs involve direct enrollment in an overseas institution, while others are led by UT Arlington faculty members.
