ARCH 1341. DESIGN COMMUNICATIONS I. 3 Hours.

Introduction to freehand drawing within the dual concepts of observation and representation. This course explores various graphic techniques with emphasis on preparatory sketching, composition, contrast, texture, narrative, and line quality. Students will also be exposed to color use, physical model-making, orthographic delineation, and digital documentation. Prerequisite: Restricted to Architecture-Intended, ARCH_UNIV, Interior Design-Intended and INTD_UNIV majors.
